JS Vendor Machine

Vendor Machine Project is my first-ever project in JavaScript. I started learning programming in a non-conventional way. After HTML/CSS, I jumped into 'the rabbit hole' of PHP. I'm still there, by the way. This website is built with the best PHP framework, Laravel. I loved back-end development so much that JavaScript and UI/UX have always been 'on hold'. I discovered the basics of JavaScript during my training at l'IDEM and, well... it was not love at first sight! Nowadays, the situation has changed, and I am keen on integrating more and more user experience into my web pages.

Talking about the project itself: Vendor Machine is built entirely in HTML/CSS. Interactions are made with Vanilla JS. You can pick your drink, pay for it, and take it from a compartment at the bottom, just like in real life.

I decided to show you this project because I still remember how happy I was to discover data attributes and various JS properties and methods.
